In the cities and villages of the Kherson region, liberated by the occupiers, the investigators registered the killing of civilians and destruction. Police received a statement from a resident of Mykolaiv Oblast that Russian servicemen shot her 56-year-old father and seized his Chery Tiggo car near Darievsky Bridge in Kherson Oblast. This is reported by the police of the Kherson region:
“A message was received from the residents of the village of Kairi, Kakhovsky district, that Russian soldiers shot a local resident at a public transport stop. In the town of Oleshki, on the tip of a local collaborator, the Russian military began moving into empty private houses whose owners temporarily left their homes.
According to law enforcement officials, reports of robberies by the Russian military were received by the residents of the Tavriyski microdistrict in the temporarily occupied Kherson. They break down the doors of the apartments and take out all the property. Most often, thieves attack household and computer equipment, plasma TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, clothes. Proceedings were instituted for violation of the laws and customs of war.
As reported, the enemy is withdrawing from Kherson, looting local residents and destroying critical infrastructure.
