Ukrainian defenders liberated two more villages in the Kherson region, bringing the regional center occupied by the Russian Federation less than 10 km away. The liberators of the village of Klapaya, who installed the flag of Ukraine, shared their victory video on the network.
It is significant that the M-14 route (Odessa — Melitopol — Novoazovsk) passes through this settlement.
And in the village of Bilozerka, which is even closer to Kherson, local residents began throwing Russian symbols even before the arrival of their liberators. The Ukrainian flag was returned there by servicemen of the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade named after Yakov Khandzyuk.
The villagers came out en masse from their houses to the street to meet the Ukrainian soldiers with shouts: “Army, guys, thank you, we’ve been waiting for you!”.
In turn, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that there is still a lot of work to be done, but the defenders will continue “step by step to liberate their native land.”
Judging by the photos and videos published on the network, residents of Kherson, in anticipation of the event of the armed forces, began to hang Ukrainian flags all over the city, including even in the center.

We recall that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated earlier that the enemy is withdrawing from Kherson, robbing local residents and destroying critical infrastructure.
