Iran supplied Russia with kamikaze drones after February 24, GUR

After Iran was accused of supplying aggressor Russia with attack drones and called for an investigation, Tehran initially denied the supplies but later admitted. But it was noted that “small parties” were sent to the Russian Federation even before the start of the large-scale invasion.

However, it seems that this is also a lie. The evidence was found in the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Suspilne reports.

In particular, in the kamikaze drones shot down over Ukraine, experts found parts that were manufactured in February of this year. Like, in particular, the propeller of the “Mohajer-6” drone. And given the time of assembly of the devices and their delivery to Russia, it can be argued that they were delivered even after the beginning of the large-scale invasion.

According to experts, the Iranian “Mohajer” was assembled from parts produced in different countries, with most components from the United States. Also, the drone has an Austrian engine and a Japanese camera.

“We did not find Russian elements here. One item has an inscription in Farsi. Visible Range Camera – Japan. Chinese laser range finder. “Iranian-made aerial bomb”— said the representative of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine

Experts are currently determining how foreign components ended up in Iranian drones, given the fact that Iran has been under sanctions for many years

Serial numbers and data on component manufacturers have already been handed over to partner countries by the GUR staff of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Earlier it was reported that official Tehran intends to send Russia not only new kamikaze drones, but also missiles.

Vadim Skibitsky, a representative of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, believes that after Russia received the Fateh-110 and Zolfaghar ballistic missiles from Iran, the Russian armed forces can double their missile strikes against Ukrainian settlements.
