In Ukraine, the enterprises of Kolomoisky, Zhevago and Boguslaev were nationalized

In Ukraine, strategically important enterprises related to Konstantin Zhevago, Igor Kolomoisky, Vyacheslav Boguslaev and Konstantin Grigoryshyn are transferred to state ownership.

The decision rests with the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

It is about the forced expropriation in state ownership of shares of PJSC “Ukrnafta”, PJSC “Ukrtatnafta”, PJSC “Motor Sich”, PJSC “AvtoKrAZ”, PJSC “Zaporozhtransformator”.

IN “Ukrnafti “Kolomoisky’s companies own about 42% of the shares. In September, the businessman was raided. It refers to the case of the seizure of property and funds of the Ukrnafta company for almost UAH 13 billion at 2015 prices.

50% plus 1 share is owned by the state in the person of Naftogaz JSC. The remaining shares are owned by minority shareholders. “Ukrnafta” is the largest oil company in Ukraine.

IN “Ukrtatnafti” Dnipropetrovsk businessmen Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov own about 60% of the shares. The rest of the shares are in Naftogaz. Ukrtatnafta’s key asset is the Kremenchug oil refinery, which was disabled by Russian missile attacks in May.

Company “AvtoKrAZ” belongs to the “Finance and Credit” group of fugitive oligarch Konstantin Zhevago. The enterprise is engaged in the production of heavy-duty vehicles.

“Zaporozhtransformer” — a bankrupt enterprise that manufactures transformer and reactor equipment. Its owner is Konstantin Grigorishin.

From the owner AD “Motor Sich” until recently there was Vyacheslav Boguslaev, who was arrested in October for collaborating with Russia.

It is not yet known whether the transfer of shares of these enterprises will compensate their former owners and minority shareholders.
