Word and Deed publication decided to look into Ukrainian YouTube and compiled the ten most followed bloggers who work on this topic.
First place among the most popular Ukrainian YouTube bloggers — journalist Dmytro Gordon. In addition, two of its channels are leading in terms of views.
The “Gordon’s Visit” channel has 3.48 million subscribers and almost 1.6 billion views. The channel “Dmytro Gordon” has slightly fewer followers – 2.17 million people, the number of views exceeds 909 million.
In second place among bloggers covering the topic of war – Alexey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the OPU, which at the beginning of the invasion was considered a kind of “appeasement” for the Ukrainians. 1.67 million people have subscribed to his channel, the number of views is 275.3 million.
On the YouTube channel activist Sergey Sternenko signed by 1.26 million people. By the way, he has more views than Arestovich – 371.6 million.
On the Shukti Walk channel, which leads journalist Ramina Eshakzai, signed by 1.25 million people. The number of views is 151.2 million.
The blogger Alexii Durnev after the start of the large-scale war, he changed the profile of his YouTube channel – he currently runs it in Ukrainian and talks about Russians. 1.24 million people have subscribed to Durneva’s channel.
Just over a million YouTube subscribers on the journalist Volodymyr Zolkin, became famous for his interviews with captured Russian occupiers. His channel has 237.2 million views.
961 thousand followers of the Ukrainian channel journalist Roman Tsimbalyukwho worked as a correspondent in Moscow before the full-scale war.
IN international journalist Ivan Yakovina 901 thousand subscribers, 288.1 million views on his channel.
879,000 people have subscribed to military expert Oleg Zhdanovwhich became especially popular after the start of a full-scale war.
Closes the top ten most popular bloggers on YouTube People’s Deputy Alexei Goncharenko — his channel has 826,000 followers and 377.4 million views.
Earlier, sociologists from the “Rating” group published the results of their “People’s TOP” project, in which Ukrainians were asked to name the most outstanding personalities of our country of all time. The top ten look like this: Taras Shevchenko, Volodymyr Zelensky, Lesya Ukrainka, Bohdan Khmelnitsky, Stepan Bandera, Mykhailo Hrushevsky, Ivan Franko, Ivan Mazepa, Vyacheslav Chornovil and Valery Zaluzhny.
