Investigators from the Security Service of Ukraine reported suspicion of a former judge from the temporarily occupied Crimea, who after the annexation of the peninsula by the aggressor country not only voluntarily joined the invaders, for which he received a position in the city court of Yevpatoria, but also later took illegal decisions regarding the forced deportation of local residents to remote regions of the Russian Federation, including Siberia.
As reported in the press center of the special services, in particular, the traitor imposed “judicial” sentences for allegedly violating the current “laws” of the aggressor country, grossly violating Ukrainian legislation and international humanitarian law.
Based on the collected evidence, SBU investigators notified the perpetrator of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 438 (“Violation of the Laws and Customs of War”) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
A collaborator hiding in the temporarily occupied territory of southern Ukraine was also discovered. He turned out to be the former deputy head of Kherson customs, who, after the capture of part of the region, supported the invaders and accepted their offer to head the occupying “tax office of Kherson region”.
It was established that the former deputy head of the regional council, deputy assistant Vitaly Bulyuk, appointed by the enemy as the “first deputy head” of the local occupation administration, provided him with appropriate “protection”.
Thus, his “protege” organized the illegal collection of “taxes” in favor of the Russian Federation, and also contributed to the attack on Ukrainian enterprises that refused to cooperate with the aggressor.
At the moment, the “taxpayer” is suspected under part 5 of Art. 111−1 (“Joint activity”) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Officials of the Security Service have already located the two suspects, documented their criminal activity, and complex measures are currently underway to bring the culprits to justice.
We remind you that in October the SBU revealed a traitor, executioner Buchi, who offered his help to the Russian Federation on his own initiative.
