On November 19 and 20, self-employed persons registered in the Murmansk region can participate in a series of practically oriented trainings “How to speak the same language with a client”.
As part of the trainings, participants will learn how the self-employed can develop their services in the region, familiarize themselves with customer service standards, analyze competitors according to the algorithm and determine their strengths, and much more.
Speakers of the training will be federal experts. Each participant will receive from them an individual analysis of their projects and a certificate for completed trainings, as well as prepare a road map for optimizing their projects.

A series of practically oriented trainings for the self-employed is organized by the Center for Entrepreneurship Support of the Murmansk Region together with the Ministry of Development and Economy of the Arctic of the Murmansk Region as part of the implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives” .
