Rostelecom has significantly expanded the functionality of a specialized website where any telecom operator can apply for access to Rostelecom’s resources at the facilities of the Digital Divide Bridging Project (DDC).
The site now features an interactive map for searching UCN sites and the ability to apply for access to the complex of technological resources of the project’s infrastructure with one click.
With the help of an interactive map, you can quickly find the desired object, research its location and apply for access to resources at UCN facilities with just the push of a button. When an object is selected, all information about it is displayed on the left in the same window.
Rostelecom provides a range of technological resources at UCN facilities to telecommunication operators, government agencies and corporate clients for the deployment of communication equipment, video surveillance systems, weather stations, civil protection and emergency warning systems, etc.
“Providing modern communication services, including Internet access, to as many residents of remote settlements as possible is the main task of the UCN project, which Rostelecom is currently solving. The launch of a specialized site for operators, where you can apply for access to Rostelecom’s resources at the sites of the UCN project, received a wide response in the industry. We see the interest of operators in obtaining new opportunities, including the deployment of equipment at UCN facilities,” said Konstantin Khrulkov, director of infrastructure services at PJSC Rostelecom.
Tariffs for access to a set of technological resources are formed in accordance with the rules of non-discriminatory access and are the same for all types of users in the region.

Rostelecom’s activities to provide a set of technological resources are carried out in accordance with the Rules for non-discriminatory access, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1284 of November 29, 2014.
