Paying for Rostelecom services through the company’s official website does not cause difficulties for most Internet users. However, some customers are not used to making payments remotely and prefer cash. And in this case, it is not quite clear how to pay for the company’s services without visiting the office.
The provider has anticipated this moment and offers various options for payment methods.
Bank terminals and branches. Rostelecom, in the interest of customers, interacts with JSC Russian Post, the chain of stores Tele2 and bank branches that provide services for accepting payments.
Payment for communication services from paper or electronic bills is made in any convenient way: through an ATM, payment terminal and through a bank branch. All electronic receipts are stored in the Single Personal Account (SPA) and you can review your expenses at any time. You can check the crediting of the payment on the website of the company rt.ru in the section “Payment” / “Search for payment”.
Automatic top-up or automatic payment. If the subscriber has a bank card, but does not want to remember every month that he has to pay for communication services, you can choose automatic replenishment or automatic payment. The service provides an opportunity to set up automatic payment for services – the funds will be debited from the bank card account (without commissions).
It is necessary to register a bank card of any Russian bank in the Single Personal Account (ELK) START.RT.RU and set the rules for debiting funds. SMS messages are sent to the subscriber about the payments made to the number that the user specified when registering the card. A personal account in the form of an application can also be installed on a mobile device (smartphone or tablet).
The automatic payment service from Sberbank will also allow Rostelecom customers to pay for services every month on time and without commission.
To use the payment methods listed above, you need to know your personal account. This is a unique contract number that identifies the service. Each type of service receives a separate number. You can find out the personal account number in the Unified Personal Account by calling the toll-free number 8-800-1000-800. Personal personal accounts and their balances can be viewed in ELC in the “My Services” section.
