Alla Pugacheva in Israel does not miss the performances of Russian artists. The other day, 73-year-old Pugacheva attended a concert by the singer Sievert in Tel Aviv, before that she had been to a performance by Zemfira, to private performances. Performances of Russian artists abroad are traditionally attended by Russian-speaking locals. They noticed how Alla Pugacheva had changed. “Rejuvenated again!” – they discuss on social networks. Colleagues of the singer and a famous plastic surgeon told KP.RU how Pugacheva changed.
We compared unretouched photos and videos with Alla Pugacheva over the past year, and also reviewed them with an experienced doctor. The doctor’s conclusions coincided with the opinion of Pugacheva’s colleagues who saw her last summer and fall.

– For summer photos, let’s pay attention to the eyes first. The lower line of the ciliary lower eyelid on the left is at a normal level, and on the right it is lowered below this level. The lower eyelids are asymmetrical, small hints of residual fatty hernia are also visible on the left, there are “blockages” along the lower border of the orbit. The paint bags are noticeable, they are asymmetrical – more pronounced on the right side. If you look carefully, you can see that the nasolabial fold is asymmetrical: this means that there were already options for correcting the middle third of the face. On the left, the fold comes with a small transition (the so-called step) – in this area beauticians like to inject fillers to flatten the fold. And as a result, after these procedures, heliomas can form at the injection site of fillers – naturally, this is not an oncological neoplasm, but formed by filler preparations.
– It is necessary to take into account the following point. After lifting the middle third of the face (after primary and secondary plastic surgery), there is always excessive swelling, so the result can be seen after about six months.

– So in the photos from October and November, we see a completely different picture on the singer’s face. No pronounced paint bags; medial hernias of the left lower eyelid are not noticeable; there is no clear limitation of the lower eyelid from the zygomatic area. It can be assumed that in this area a cheek-lifting operation was previously performed (chik-lifting) – this is an operation to lift the middle third of the face, when an operation is performed on the eyelids, bags and channels appear in the area of zygomatic bone eliminated (author’s note). In another way, this operation is also called extended lower blepharoplasty. The line of the lower eyelid of the star became more or less symmetrical: both on the right and on the left. And the pupil “lies” on this line, which speaks precisely of an extended variant of lower blepharoplasty, since classic blepharoplasty, as a rule, leads to a slight reduction of this line by 1-2 mm, in some cases by 3 mm. And the singer’s line went up. Therefore, we can say about the conduct of canthopexy – the alignment of the lateral (outer) corner of the eye both to the right and to the left of the perizygomatic area.
We also see that the volume has increased, and therefore the age-related changes and the asymmetry of the face, which was still there in the summer, have been evened out. We can assume two scenarios here. First: we performed a lipofilling procedure – introduction of own fat in those areas that need to be corrected, which inevitably leads to an increase in volumes in these areas. Second: filler injections were done. The effect of these two procedures is similar.

Most likely, there was also hardware cosmetology: one or two sessions to tighten the skin and soft tissues in the middle area of the face, maybe the lower third was also done.
– In the summer, asymmetry was noticeable in the corners of the lips, which is now gone. Asymmetry can be due to an uneven distribution of fillers in the nasolabial fold or, as is often the case, dental procedures. For example, if there was a reconstruction of the jaw (especially the upper one), then within a month permanent asymmetry can be observed. Most likely, summer photos can fall in this time period.
After the surgeon’s comments, as well as conversations with Alla Pugacheva’s colleagues, it became clear that she has rejuvenated herself again. It can be assumed that the singer performed an operation to lift the middle third of the face (or extended lower blepharoplasty) in the spring or early summer abroad: six months after the intervention, the face remains swollen, so the first results became noticeable in the fall and will be possible to definitively assess even later. In addition, in the autumn in Moscow, Pugacheva can undergo sessions on hardware cosmetics.
